Yes. In Google SEO & AEO you add the questions your customers ask, such as “best burgers in Kansas City”, and Zyene checks answers from AI assistants like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini to see whether you or a competitor are mentioned. It also scores your Google Business Profile and flags broken links on it. AI answers vary between runs, so results are samples rather than a fixed ranking.

Yes. You can review and publish AI drafts yourself, or enable automatic replies for new, unanswered Google reviews at the selected business. Choose eligible star ratings and a Professional, Friendly, or Concise tone. Automatic replies publish publicly without individual approval; existing reviews are excluded. Business replies have no monthly quota on eligible active or trialing paid plans. You can turn it off anytime; replies already processing may still finish.

Yes. The Professional plan supports up to 3 locations with independent limits per location. Enterprise plans offer unlimited locations.

Every customer gets the same review link and can post a public review. Zyene also offers an optional private form so a customer can reach your team directly. When a customer picks a lower rating, the page shows that private form alongside a link to post on Google, so nobody is blocked from or steered away from a public review. Private feedback does not remove an existing Google review.

Cancel future renewals in Billing. To avoid the automatic charge after an eligible trial, cancel before it ends. Check your selected billing period and checkout terms.
